A label can be developed for an agreed pool-use target, but the exact film, adhesive, fabric and application must pass the buyer’s defined exposure and care trial before approval.
Selected silicone and TPU constructions can be sampled. Artwork coverage, label thickness, placement and substrate recovery all influence the result.
Choose a stable zone away from high-extension seams, elastic channels and frequent skin friction, then confirm it on the graded garment range.
Colour and finish options can be reviewed against the base fabric. Request physical references because wet appearance and stretch can alter visual contrast.
Apply samples with documented time, temperature and pressure, then inspect fabric response, stretch recovery, bond and appearance after the agreed conditioning.
Provide artwork, dimensions, colour, swimsuit fabrics, placement, order quantity, version split, testing scope, packing and destination.
We will review label construction, placement, application trials and bulk requirements.
