Reference sample
Use an existing item to understand material, hand, relief, stitch, stones, backing or general application. It does not approve your custom logo.
Use this guide to request a sample for custom patches, heat-transfer labels and decorative transfers. Choose the sample type that answers the actual purchasing question, then record what it proves, what it does not prove and which revision was approved.

Develop your artwork and specification to review dimensions, colours, construction and application before the production quantity.

There is no single rule for every construction. Review the itemised quotation before assuming a fee is included or refundable.

Sample charges and delivery costs depend on the type of sample, development work and destination. The quotation confirms what is charged, included or potentially credited.
A reference sample demonstrates an existing construction or material. A custom sample tests your own artwork and specification and usually requires a dedicated proof and setup.
Timing depends on artwork readiness, material availability, tooling, construction, revisions and transport. A confirmed schedule starts after the required inputs and commercial terms are approved.
Only if the sample is applied to the intended production fabric with documented settings and the garment result is included in the approval.
Freeze the approved revision, note any production tolerances, confirm quantities and packing, then issue the bulk order against that record.
Send the product, artwork, specification, garment use and deadline context.
